Outpatient consultations for patients with rare kidney diseases are done in Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos Consultations Clinic:

  • Agnė Čerkauskaitė, nephrologist, Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine doctoral student:

    • Diagnostics and management of various acquired and congenital kidney diseases (Alport syndrome, Fabry disease, cystic diseases (Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease, Tuberous sclerosis complex), tubulopathies, electrolyte disorders, etc.

    • Specific services: genetic screening for Alport syndrome, fabry disease, Tuberous sclerosis complex

 

  • Prof. Marius Miglinas, nephrologist, head of the Center for Nephrology:

    • Thrombotic microangiopathies, tubulopathies, electrolyte disordes, Alport syndrome, Fabry disease

    • Specific services: kidney biopsy (inpatient only)

 

  • Sigita Anisko, nephrologist, sigita.anisko@santa.lt:

    • Kidney transplantation (inclusion in the recipient queue, testing, follow up post-transplantation) for patients with rare kidney diseases

You can register for the specialist consultation on https://www.esveikata.lt/ipr/ or by e-mail retosligos@santa.lt. You will need a referral for specialist consultation for a suspected or diagnosed rare kidney disease.
