When arriving at the hospital, it is necessary to have a referral for a pulmonologist consultation (electronic referral in ESPB IS). Also, do not forget to take your personal documents, if necessary, medical records from other medical institutions, radiological image recordings (CD, USB), medicines and tools that you will need on the day. Upon arrival, go to the reception (Santariškių str. 2, P building, 1st floor), where you can go to a specialist after submitting the necessary documents.

When arriving for consultation, you should have a referral to the specialist. You should bring your ID, and, if relevant, medical documents from other healthcare institutions, drugs and other items you may need during the day. Upon arrival, go to reception (Santariškių 2). You will need to provide a referral letter there and you will be directed to the physician‘s office.
